I bought a set of these to replace the muddy sounding Gretsch humbuckers on my cheap and cheerful jet club electromatic. Neck and bridge pickups are both fantastic pick ups in their own right. I recommend trying the neck in parallel together with the bridge in series to get a great tone with full highs, mids and bass. Really blew me away, especially considering the price tag.
Even if you’re not planning to do anything fancy and just use them as standard humbuckers, they’re a very impressive bit of kit. Highly recommend.
