Precision 5 string P bass pickup. Classic looking version of the P Bass pickups with exposed Alnico 5 pole magnets. Bobbins are fibreboard. Vintage looking cloth bound wire included for added cool vibe.

The Warman P Bass Classic pickup is a split single coil pickup. Each of the two coils alternately wound, one clockwise, the other anti clockwise. Each also has opposing magnetic poles to operate in a humbucking mode.

The P Bass Warman Classic 5 string has an inductance of 5.42 Henry for a good punchy low end and mids and a resistance of 10.62 K-ohms. Supplied with mounting screws and springs. A small piece of foam can be fitted underneath the magnet.  It’s  the old fashioned way of doing it.

There’s 19mm apron between strings on these. The larger North coil has the 6 pole magnets. The smaller 4 pole is the South coil
