A500k B500k guitar potentiometer set . pre-soldered. mini potentiometers. Longer version for through body mounting.
Having noted on various guitar forums and website pages that people sometime struggle, or are afraid, of soldering the earth connections onto the back of pots we now offer them with this troublesome blob ready sorted.
The B500k tone pot has the main earth connections solder blob ready on the back of the pot. The A500k volume pot has the main earth connection on the casing pre blobbed and the third leg of the pot has been bent back onto the casing and soldered to earth ready.
Now with these pots ready to go all you need do it tin the end of your earth wires and melt them onto the solder blobs with your standard soldering iron. There is little risk or fear of you over heating the pot and causing damage as it’s just going to take you a few seconds of heat to make the joint now.
These pots have a coarse splined shaft with central split and are used with most common types of push fit control knobs.
Supplied with mounting washer and two half height mounting nut.
