Mainland UK.
From the start of December all orders are being shipped by Royal Mail. Smaller value orders, generally those under £20, are sent by Royal mail 2nd class post, and physically larger or higher value orders are being sent by Royal mail 2nd Class Signed for service. Shipping within the UK mainland remains free of charge on all orders.
Overseas and International Orders.
Due to an increase in people requesting Tracking numbers, even when they have selected standard non tracked postage, we have now changed the shipping method to International Tracked Royal Mail on all deliveries. There is a slight increase of £2 on the shipping cost but this is below the actual cost of shipping and £3 less than the previous £5 surcharge for Tracked Postage. Small value items, sent internationally will, at our discretion, be sent by standard airmail or you can request that these be sent by Tracked Airmail, an additional charge will apply in those cases.
