Delivery Info.

All Customers.

A Note on Despatch Times. All items, under normal circumstances, that are cleared for payment will be sent out on the next working day that payment is received at latest. Our Normal working week for physical despatch is Monday to Friday. Orders that are paid for prior to 1pm are generally processed and despatched that same day. Items paid for after 1pm will be rolled over until the following days packing.  Items paid from over the weekend ( from Friday 1pm until Sunday 12 midnight ) will be processed and despatched on the Monday. We do our very best to stick to this packing and despatch schedule.

Your order will be updated on our system to “Completed” once the goods have been sent. This will show in your purchase history and, if you have an email registered on your account, an email will be sent to you advising you of this.

UK Customers.

Most items in our shop included free delivery within the UK mainland and Norther Ireland. Smaller items, that will fit through a letter box, are generally despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Larger items, such as pickups and tools, are generally sent by Courier ( usually Hermes ). The chosen despatch method is at our discretion. If you specifically want tracking on smaller items then please remember to select the Tracking Checkbox on the Order screens. There is an additional charge for this service.

European Customers.

Most items are despatched by Royal Mail International Standard Service. This is a very reliable service where the final delivery is carried out by your own countries national postal service and we keep the prices low for using this service. If you require a Tracked and Signed delivery service then please select the Checkbox on the Order screen to activate this. Italian customers are particularly advised to use the Tracked option as, in our experience, the domestic postal service can be extremely inconsistent.

USA, Australia, Canada

Most items are despatched by Royal Mail International Standard Service. This is a very reliable service where the final delivery is carried out by your own countries national postal service and we keep the prices low for using this service. Actual delivery times once the goods are received within your country can vary wildly due to your domestic postal infrastructure and Customs departments. All goods are sent with a CN22 notice on them declaring their true value. Please do not ask us to falsify the value on this or the invoice. We will not do this. You are responsible for any local taxes due or import charges imposed on the goods but please note that most of the guitar parts fall under the allowed values and these other charges do not normally apply.

You are responsible for any import charges or duties payable on importing the goods into your country. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to import guitar parts into your country. We have noted that Saudi Arabia and other such destinations can be troublesome as there are no clear guidelines on whether you will or will not require and import licence / prior permission. We cannot be held responsible for any Customs seizure or delay.
